Candidates for this jobs in Nigeria will be required to provide leadership and co-ordination of all the customer related programs of the organization and deals with routine inquiries and complaints from or disputes with customers. Analyze research and competitors’ information, develop image plans and manage them.


They should also possess the following technical competence:
A first degree or a relevant post graduate qualification; A good working experience in related field; Effective customer service skills, excellent oral/written communication skills and excellent numeracy skills; Good level of competence in using Microsoft word and excel; A value and target driven, result oriented and creative individual.
